Continue an existing piece, practise your technique or begin a manageable project. Marvin is available for guidance and troubleshooting.
Make the session work for your project.
Plan for a three-hour session and arrive with the project materials you need.
Choose your priorities
Use the session for cutting, grinding, foiling, soldering or the stage your project needs most.
Access shared equipment
Work with the stained glass tools and equipment available during the session.
Troubleshoot with Marvin
Get practical guidance when a fit, foil line, solder joint or next step needs attention.
Take everything home
Bring a bin or container because the studio cannot store projects or materials between sessions.

Marvin Foster is available for practical guidance and troubleshooting while you direct your own stained glass work.
Workshop details.
Experience required
You must have completed a beginner stained glass workshop or have prior copper foil experience.
Bring or buy glass
Bring your own glass and project materials, or purchase glass onsite for $5 per 4 by 6 inch piece.
Solder and supplies
Studio solder is $10 per foot and includes shared foil, chemicals, rings and wire. If you bring solder, bring those supplies too.

Come workshop ready
Bring your project materials and a bin for safe transport. Wear closed-toed shoes, secure long hair and avoid loose clothing. NewMakeIt provides the required safety glasses.
