Class Policies & Cancellations

All classes and workshops are non-refundable.  Cancellations made greater than 72 hours before a workshop will be given a credit for the full amount which can be used on a later date.  Cancellation between 72 and 24 hours before a workshop will be given a 50% credit.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class start time will not be given credit. 

Attendees arriving more than 15 minutes late without notification may not be admitted to the workshop and will not be credited.

No credit is offered under any circumstances once a class has begun.

Unfortunately, some events may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or for not meeting the minimum enrollment requirements.  In the event a workshop is cancelled/postponed for any reason, we will attempt to re-book the attendee into the next available session.  Attendees may request credit in lieu of rebooking for any cancelled/postponed event.

For multi-session workshops, no credit will be offered or allowed after the start of the of the first session.  In the event a session must be delayed, we will notify the attendees as soon as possible and reschedule the session(s) for the earliest available date.

Pandemic:  In the event of business disruption due to pandemic or similar issue, events may be placed on hold until such a time as it is safe to proceed.  Depending on the severity of the situation, we will at our option either reschedule the event to a future date or cancel the event altogether.  Cancelled events will be subject to full credit for an event that has not yet begun.  Partial credits will be offered for events that have partially run.  Events that have been rescheduled will not be offered a credit.  The attendee will have the opportunity to attend the session(s) at a future date.

Tickets and class reservations must be fully paid in advance of the start time of the class.  We cannot hold a space or reservation without payment.
