FROM IDEA TO GAME

MAKING PLAY A HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE.

Mark’s path into game design began with a punch-card tic-tac-toe game in high school. Today, Brainy Games includes more than 110 original family and educational games, including SideLinks, formerly known as Connections.

Mark uses NewMakeIt’s laser equipment to cut his original designs from wood and acrylic, transforming digital concepts into games people can hold, share and play.

OUT IN THE COMMUNITY

FUN THAT BRINGS PEOPLE TOGETHER.

Mark takes play beyond the game table. From May to October, he brings his hands-on creations to the Aurora Farmers’ Market and Artisan Fair. He also creates regional scavenger hunts that combine problem-solving, local exploration and real-world play.
