Choose the schedule and level that fit the way you make. Your pass gives you access to its included studio areas throughout your selected access times, not just a small bank of monthly studio hours.

Hobbyist, Professional and Entrepreneur passes include all studio areas, including pottery. Pottery passes are for the pottery studio only.
Hobbyist
For learning, personal projects and making regularly at your own pace.
- All studio areas included, including pottery
- Book eligible equipment up to 1 day in advance
- Laser reservations up to 2 hours/day
- CNC Router and CNC Mill reservations up to 3 hours/day
- Trotec Speedy 400 access available as a $40/month add-on
- 30 B&W + 10 colour printer/scanner pages per month
Professional
For serious makers who need more Digital Fabrication time and earlier equipment booking.
- All studio areas included, including pottery
- Book eligible equipment up to 7 days in advance
- Laser reservations up to 4 hours/day
- CNC Router and CNC Mill reservations up to 6 hours/day
- Trotec Speedy 400 access included after the required certification
- 200 B&W + 60 colour printer/scanner pages per month
Entrepreneur
For people using NewMakeIt to build a business and who may need more than one person working in the space.
- All studio areas included, including pottery
- Anytime access while NewMakeIt is open
- 30 included Digital Fabrication hours/month
- Book eligible equipment up to 7 days in advance
- Bring additional team members by prior arrangement

Pottery
For potters who want flexible access to the pottery studio without access to the other studio areas.

Supporter
For someone who wants to support NewMakeIt and the maker community.
This is a contribution, not a studio Access Pass. It does not include studio, equipment or pottery access.

Digital Fabrication
These are machine hours, not studio hours.
Your included Digital Fabrication time covers eligible machine use. It does not limit how long you can work elsewhere in your included studio areas during your access schedule.

Professional passes include Trotec Speedy 400 access. Hobbyist passes can add Speedy 400 access for $40/month. Equipment certification and booking are required where applicable. Additional Digital Fabrication time: $20/hour, $40 for 5 hours or $70 for 10 hours.
Applies to every pass
A few important access rules.
Workshops take priority.
If a workshop is running in an area you want to use, that area is unavailable to pass holders for the duration of the workshop.
Use your selected schedule.
Daytime and Nights + Weekends passes follow their listed times. Anytime and Pottery pass holders may come whenever NewMakeIt is open.
Certification still applies.
Access to a studio does not replace required safety training or equipment certification. Some machines must also be booked.
Pottery is the one area-specific pass.
The Pottery pass is limited to the pottery studio. Hobbyist, Professional and Entrepreneur passes include pottery and the other studio areas.

Day passes are available for occasional projects and visits. Each booked day includes the same daily Digital Fabrication limits as a Professional pass: up to 4 laser hours and 6 CNC hours.
