Form three silver rings, select semi-precious gemstones and create a custom setting for each stone before finishing the coordinated stack.
Add stones to your ring-making skills.
Build the rings first, then focus on settings, stone placement and final finishing.
Size the silver rings
Measure, cut and form the wire into three comfortable stacking bands.
Build a colour story
Select three semi-precious gemstones that work together in colour, scale and shape.
Create stone settings
Fabricate and attach a custom setting that holds each chosen gemstone securely.
Refine the full stack
Polish the silver, set the stones and check how the three rings sit together.

Support from ring forming to stone setting
Jim Travers demonstrates each fabrication stage and helps participants balance ring sizing, gemstone placement and finishing across the complete three-ring set.
Your complete gemstone set is included.
The course fee covers the materials, tools and guidance required for all three finished rings.

No previous jewellery-making or stone-setting experience is required.
Adult workshop
This workshop is designed for adult participants.
Maximum six participants
The small class allows individual support with settings and finishing.
Attend both sessions
Registration includes both Tuesday workshop dates.
