PRINT TO TEST, USE OR SHOW.
The best print process depends on function, scale, surface detail, strength, quantity and budget.
01 · TEST THE IDEA
Prototypes
Evaluate shape, size, ergonomics, assembly and basic function before investing in final tooling or production.
Explore prototyping02 · CHECK THE FIT
Enclosures + Interfaces
Test housings, brackets, mounts, spacers and mating geometry around existing components.
03 · SUPPORT THE WORK
Jigs + Fixtures
Create positioning aids, templates, holders and process tools designed around a specific task.
04 · MAKE A SET
Small Batches
Produce an approved quantity of repeated parts when 3D printing suits the geometry and schedule.
FILAMENT OR RESIN
CHOOSE THE PROCESS BY WHAT MATTERS MOST.
Filament printing is often the practical choice for larger prototypes, functional forms and economical iterations. Resin printing can suit smaller work where fine detail and surface resolution matter more.
Staff will recommend an available material and process after reviewing the part. Outside filament may be accepted only after the material and filament type are approved.
- Finished size and quantity
- Part function and expected handling
- Fit or tolerance-sensitive features
- Heat, moisture, chemical or outdoor exposure
- Preferred colour, surface quality and deadline

HAVE A FILE READY TO PRINT?
Send the STL or 3MF with final dimensions, quantity, intended use and deadline.
3D-printed parts are not automatically food-safe, medical-safe, child-safe, load-rated, watertight, heat-resistant or suitable for regulated use. Suitability must be evaluated for the specific design and material.
