Workshop Cancellation Policy
For all classes and workshops, participants may cancel up to 72 hours before a class/workshop for a full refund. Cancellations up to 24 hours before a class/workshop will receive a 50% refund *OR* the option to rebook for the next available class date. Cancellation less than 24 hours before a class/workshop will receive no refund. Attendees arriving more than 30 minutes late without notification may not be admitted to the class/workshop.
Attendees should receive confirmation of class/workshop approximately 24 hours before start time. Unfortunately, some events may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or for not meeting the minimum enrollment requirements. In the event an event is cancelled/postponed for any reason, we will attempt to re-book the attendee into the next available session. Attendees may request a full refund for any cancelled/postponed event.
For multi-session workshops, no refund will be offered or allowed after the start of the first session. In the event a session must be delayed, we will notify the attendees as soon as possible and reschedule the session(s) for the earliest available date.
COVID 19: In the event of business disruption due to COVID-19, events may be placed on hold until such a time as it is safe to proceed. Depending upon the severity of the situation, we will at our option either reschedule the event to a future date or cancel the event altogether. Cancelled events will be subject to a full credit for events that have not yet begun. Partial credits will be offered for events that have partially run. Events that have been rescheduled will not offer a refund or credit. The attendee will have the opportunity to attend the session(s) at a future date.
